Tenant alteration works for BIZ at Koy Espoo Tietotie 1

Summary

Aalto University Properties Oy is procuring fixed-price, complete renovation works in the A-building of its research facility at Tietotie 2A in Espoo. The spaces on floors 0–3 will be adapted for the Economics Department, including changes of use, new partitions, upgraded ventilation and lighting, and improved accessibility. The works also include an accessible toilet, shower and changing room, and building-services alterations outside the main renovation areas where required.
