Vehicle fleet maintenance and repair services

Summary

Oulun Tilapalvelut and the City of Oulu are procuring vehicle fleet maintenance and repair services under a framework agreement for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional one-year extensions through 31 December 2030. The procurement is divided into five lots: passenger cars, vans and light trucks; trucks and special-purpose vehicles; wheel loaders, tractors and specialist tractors; all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles; and attachments such as trailers, ploughs, spreaders, brushes, mowers and flushing-truck bodies. The estimated total value, including the optional periods, is approximately EUR 600,000 excluding VAT; the buyer is not committed to ordering a minimum volume. The procurement excludes warranty servicing, flushing trucks as vehicles, and vehicles leased by the City of Oulu.
