Request for information: Card and permit training for clients of the TOIMI project / City of Joensuu

Summary

Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi is preparing a framework agreement for card and permit training for clients of the City of Joensuu’s TOIMI project. The planned courses include hygiene passport, occupational safety card and alcohol-serving passport training, as well as other relevant training; the estimated need is up to approximately 500 training sessions from 1 January 2027 to 30 September 2029, with most sessions expected to be individual.
