Procurement of housing services for people with mental health and substance use needs

Summary

The Wellbeing Services County of Western Uusimaa is procuring housing and related support services for people who need assistance because of mental health problems or substance use. The procurement is divided into five lots: supported housing, communal housing, 24-hour supported housing, a housing unit for young people where substance use is permitted, and temporary housing for people with mental health or substance use needs. The estimated value is €90 million over a calculated four-year period.
