Periodic inspections of electrical installations in properties

Summary

The tender concerns statutory periodic inspections of electrical installations in properties belonging to the cities of Kangasala, Nokia and Ylöjärvi and the municipalities of Lempäälä and Pirkkala. Companies, foundations and other entities controlled by these authorities may also order the service. One service provider will be selected. The initial contract term is 60 months, with an option to convert the contract to an indefinite term. The number of properties to be inspected may increase or decrease during the contract, and the contracting authorities do not guarantee a minimum volume. For new properties, the prices offered for comparable properties of similar size and characteristics will apply. The submission deadline is 26 October 2026.
