Request for information and invitation to market dialogue: procurement of services for older people and adapted physical activity 2027

Summary

The City of Espoo is preparing a 2027 procurement of guided physical activity services for older people and people of any age with activity or mobility limitations. The planned services include guided gym sessions and exercise classes for older people, as well as adapted physical activity. They are intended to complement the city’s own services and local provision. This is not a request for tenders but an open market dialogue: interested providers are invited to an online information session on 3 November 2026 from 9:00 to 10:00, after which registered participants will receive a questionnaire. To register for the market dialogue, send a written registration to anna.linros@espoo.fi by 16:00 on 28 October 2026, listing the names and email addresses of everyone to be invited. Participation is non-binding and is not a prerequisite for taking part in the subsequent tender competition. The formal request for tenders is provisionally planned for early 2027.
