Summary

Hansel Oy is procuring a framework agreement for inflatable boats measuring 3–6 metres, including spare parts, accessories and official-use equipment, as well as boat transport trailers with their spare parts and accessories. The procurement also covers handover of boats and trailers, provision of documentation, initial and additional user training, delivery under the NOL and TOP delivery terms specified in the tender, and maintenance, repair and outfitting services. The framework agreement will run for two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it by up to two years. Individual contracts may remain in force for up to one year after the framework agreement ends. The estimated value of the framework agreement, including the option period, is EUR 1,200,000–1,600,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of EUR 1,600,000 excluding VAT.
