Procurement of IT Operations Services

Summary

The Finnish Parliament Office is procuring IT operations services across separate areas of expertise. The scope includes the maintenance, management and monitoring of on-premises and cloud server environments, backup and recovery, databases, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, DevOps including OpenShift, file services, and security and network management in cooperation with SOC and NOC providers. Continuous development, ITIL-based operations and security management support the service areas; disaster recovery readiness and reserve capacity are offered as an option.
