Summary

Hansel Oy is procuring, under a framework agreement, all-terrain vehicles with engine capacities above 800 cm³ in 4x4 and 6x6 configurations, as well as electric all-terrain vehicles, together with spare parts and equipment. The scope also includes pre-delivery services, documentation, commissioning training, delivery-related services, and vehicle maintenance, repair and equipment services. The supply of testing equipment is optional. The framework agreement will run for two years, with an option to extend it by up to two years; contracts awarded under it may remain in force for one year after the framework agreement ends. The estimated value, including the extension option, is EUR 5,000,000–6,600,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum value is EUR 6,600,000 excluding VAT. The deadline for tenders is 9 November 2026.
