Summary

The tender concerns construction of a new parking facility on Oksakoskenpolku in the HUS Meilahti hospital area in Helsinki. The planned five-storey, uncovered and ventilated cold parking building will provide approximately 400 vehicle spaces and have a gross floor area of 11,110 m². The works will be procured as a single main contract, with the main contractor also responsible for the electrical, heating, ventilation and plumbing works.
