Supply of 4–8 mm winter gritting aggregate for Lapua in 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Lapua is procuring 4–8 mm winter gritting aggregate for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The material must be delivered to the city depot in Honkimetsä, generally within 24 hours of an order or on another date agreed with the buyer. The estimated annual quantity is approximately 3,000 tonnes and the average order is 400 tonnes, but these quantities are not binding on the buyer. Tenderers must submit the completed tender form, a price per tonne excluding VAT, a grading curve for the 4–8 mm material dated no more than one year before submission, proof of CE marking, a description of quality control and a list of the equipment to be used. The material must meet InfraRYL 2010 requirements. The tender must also include the required company, tax, insurance contribution and occupational health care evidence, or a RALA/Vastuugroup.fi certificate. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Finnish by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. The lowest-priced tender will be selected.
