Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) procurement

Summary

Tullinkulman Työterveys Oy is procuring two categories of devices as a service (DaaS) for the Pirte group: workstations with peripherals and mobile phones. Bidders may tender for one or both categories; each category will be evaluated and awarded separately. The monthly device charge must cover the devices and required services, including lifecycle management, an ordering portal, an asset register, delivery, workstation pre-installation as specified, maintenance, and secure data erasure and recycling at the end of the contract. Detailed minimum technical specifications for workstations and phones are provided in separate requirements documents. Bidders must submit an ESPD and at least three comparable DaaS device-delivery references from environments with at least 300 users. The tender must include the completed technical requirements and pricing schedules, requested service descriptions, and a preliminary implementation and project plan. Tenders must be in Finnish and submitted through Hilma by 28 October 2026 at 12:00. The contract runs for an initial two years and then continues indefinitely. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and quality for 10%; quality aspects include sustainability, plastic-free packaging, invoice-splitting capability and ordering portal functions.
