Heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage supplies 2027–2029 + two option years

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage supplies for the City of Kajaani and its municipal enterprises, divided into nine lots: plastic pipes; pipe saddles and fittings; shut-off valves and parts; repair parts and fittings; wells and accessories; PVC fittings, reducers and bends; cast-iron covers; building heating, ventilation and plumbing supplies; and stormwater pipes, seals and drainage pipes. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with the option for the contracting authority to extend it on the original terms for two additional option years. Three suppliers will be selected for each lot; if fewer than three acceptable bids are received, contracts may be awarded to the bidders whose bids are acceptable.
