Dynamic Purchasing System for Healthcare Sampling Supplies

Summary

HUS Group is establishing a dynamic purchasing system, valid until 30 June 2031, for healthcare sampling supplies. Products may include skin-prick sampling supplies, blood-gas capillaries, vacuum blood-sampling supplies, sampling syringes and needles, urine test strips and urine-sampling supplies, and swabs. The exact products will be specified in each competition held within the system. An estimated 1–10 competitions may be held each year, and the estimated total value over 72 months is approximately EUR 30 million; however, the contracting authority gives no commitment to purchase or guarantee of specific volumes. Applications may be submitted throughout the system’s validity period. Purchases will be made through separate competitions, with a separate contract for each. Applicants must meet the suitability requirements set out in the ESPD form and the procurement’s subject-matter criteria; the precise requirements must be checked in the official tender documents. Specified regional authorities and the Defence Forces may also participate in purchases. Tenderers originating in the People’s Republic of China will be excluded.
