Maintenance cleaning of the Malmi station area

Summary

The procurement concerns maintenance cleaning services in the Malmi station area in Helsinki, including the Malmi station hall, two bridge tubes crossing the railway, and the stairs rising from Malminkaari. One service provider will be selected. Helsinki City and Senate Properties Ltd will each conclude a separate contract with the selected provider. The contracts will run for one year and may be extended by up to three additional one-year option periods. The detailed service requirements are set out in Annex 1, the service description.
