District heating modification works at Lepaa campus

Summary

The tender concerns modification works to the district heating system at Häme University of Applied Sciences’ Lepaa campus. One supplier will be selected to carry out the project in two phases. Phase 1 is to start in October 2026 after the works contract is signed and must be completed by 11 December 2026. Phase 2 will be carried out in either 2027 or 2028. Bidders must submit an offer for both phases and commit to carrying out both.
