Request for information on cleaning machines for 2027–2028 for Puolustuskiinteistöt

Puolustuskiinteistöt is mapping the market offering, supplier interest and relevant information for professional cleaning machines to be used throughout Finland. The planned procurement would contain seven lots: ride-on scrubber-dryers, scrubber-dryers for medium and large premises, upright scrubber-dryers, low-speed floor maintenance machines, and mains-powered, battery-powered and battery-powered carpet vacuum cleaners. Other cleaning machines and equipment, user training, product support and maintenance services may also be included. Two suppliers per lot are planned for lots 1–3 and one supplier per lot for lots 4–7; quality comparison is planned for lots 1–3, while price is the only award criterion for lots 4–7. Responses must be submitted using a separate response form. Responding does not bind a company to submit a tender or participate in a future procurement, and no compensation will be paid for participation. This is not yet a procurement procedure; the actual invitation to tender is planned for publication in November 2026. The response deadline is 25 September 2026.
