Framework agreement for employment-promoting and supportive coaching services 2027–2028 (+1)

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for employment-promoting and supportive coaching services for jobseekers in the Kerava and Sipoo employment area. The services are intended to improve clients’ employability, working-life skills, recognition of competences and progression towards employment, education or another suitable service. The procured services cover job-search coaching, career coaching and job-coaching, delivered individually, in groups or in combination. Services will mainly be provided through face-to-face meetings in Kerava and Sipoo, with online delivery possible in some cases, and must be available in Finnish and, when needed, in Swedish or English. The expected volume is approximately 40–350 clients per year; individual services may comprise up to 20 hours per person and last up to five months. The estimated total value is approximately EUR 460,000 excluding VAT, but the contracting authority does not guarantee any specific volume or expenditure. Up to three suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement based on the best price-quality ratio. The tender deadline is 20 October 2026.
