VR-Group/ Web development expert services, framework agreement

Summary

The procurement concerns a multi-supplier framework agreement for web development expert services for the entire VR Group. The services cover software development using web-based technologies, including modern frontend frameworks and standards, for passenger services, logistics, infrastructure systems, commercial platforms, customer-facing digital services and internal operational systems.
