Cleaning machines for 2027–2028

Summary

This is a market consultation, not a contract notice or request for tenders. The planned procurement concerns cleaning machines for demanding professional use across the contracting authority’s service areas throughout Finland. It is expected to cover combination scrubber-dryers, floor-care machines and industrial vacuum cleaners, together with other cleaning equipment, user training, product support and maintenance services. The planned procurement is divided into seven sub-areas within three lots. Two suppliers are planned for each of sub-areas 1–3, and one supplier for each of sub-area 4 and sub-areas 5–7. The consultation does not bind respondents to participate in a future tender and does not guarantee that the procurement will proceed. Responses should be submitted using the separate response form by 25 September 2026 at 11:00 UTC. A formal request for tenders is planned for November 2026.
