Passenger car and van maintenance and washing services, annual opening of the service provider register 2026

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and washing services for approximately 250 passenger cars and vans used by the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county. Collision repairs are excluded. The arrangement is divided into regional lots covering Seinäjoki, Kurikka, Suupohja, Kuusiokunnat, Järvi-Pohjanmaa and Lapua/Kauhava, plus a washing-services lot. A service provider register will be opened annually, and all providers meeting the requirements and other tender conditions may be accepted. The contracting authority will select suitable partners from the register for assignments during the procurement period. For the washing lot, the provider must be able to wash vehicles both externally and internally; a repair shop may also offer washing through a subcontractor and must state the prices. The submission deadline is 16 October 2026.
