Request to participate: Procurement of personal physician services

Summary

The procurement concerns comprehensive personal physician services for an agreed patient population in the City of Helsinki’s health centre services. The provider must appoint a responsible physician who assumes primary responsibility and can deliver established general practitioner services in primary health care. The responsible physician must have at least five years of experience as a primary health care physician. The service includes appointments, remote contacts, procedures, prescription work, medical statements, rehabilitation plans and responses to consultations from other professionals. The procurement uses a two-stage provider register procedure, with simplified competitions planned for two responsible physicians in October 2026, three in spring 2027 and five in autumn 2027.
