Demolition works for the former Uudenkoivisto kindergarten

Summary

The tender concerns the demolition of the former Uudenkoivisto kindergarten building owned by the City of Pori, at Ruohokatu 8–10. The works cover the approximately 1,550 m² building, storage facilities, playground equipment and other structures, including foundations and underground structures. The contractor must also remove the building services connections and site systems, demolish asphalt areas, construct new fill layers and level the site, and sort and dispose of demolition waste in accordance with applicable legislation.
