Demolition works at the former Uudenkoivisto kindergarten

Summary

The tender concerns the demolition of the former Uudenkoivisto kindergarten building and structures on the site at Ruohokatu 8–10 in Pori. The works include demolishing the approximately 1,550 m² building, including its foundations and underground structures, as well as storage buildings, playground equipment, other structures, utility connections and paved areas. New fill layers must be constructed and the site levelled after demolition. Demolition waste must be sorted and handled in accordance with applicable legislation, and the works must take account of the asbestos and hazardous-substance survey.
