Building Automation Works Framework Agreement

Summary

The procurement covers building automation construction, maintenance and servicing works for approximately 130 properties in Suomenlinna. The buildings contain office and work premises as well as approximately 350 dwellings. A four-year framework agreement will be established under which the contracting authority may order services according to its needs; no minimum purchase volume or exclusivity is guaranteed.
