HUSK procurement of sewer and well emptying and maintenance services

Summary

The tender concerns sewer and well emptying and maintenance services for HUS facilities, mainly in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg. The services include emptying and washing sand, stormwater, grease and oil separator wells; transporting waste to treatment facilities; opening, washing and thawing sewers; cleaning line-drying systems; sewer plugging and bypass pumping; emptying and pressure-washing pumping stations and pumping wells; and sewer camera inspections. The procurement is divided into four regional lots, with two suppliers normally selected for each lot. The framework agreement lasts two years and may be extended by one additional two-year option.
