Building sheet-metal work, bituminous roofing work and asbestos removal work

Summary

The procurement covers building sheet-metal work, maintenance and repair of bituminous roofs, and the removal of asbestos-containing materials at properties in the Kuopio area, the municipality of Leppävirta and the city of Varkaus. It is divided into nine lots: three lots for building sheet-metal work, three for bituminous roofing work and three for asbestos removal work. A tender may be submitted for one or more lots. Framework agreements will cover the period from 1 April 2027 to 31 December 2029, with a possible one-year option from 1 January 2030 to 31 December 2030. Generally, three economically most advantageous tenderers meeting the minimum requirements will be selected for each lot.
