Refrigeration equipment maintenance works

Summary

The tender covers annual maintenance of refrigeration equipment at properties owned by the municipality of Leppävirta and the city of Varkaus, in accordance with the manufacturers’ maintenance programmes, as well as occasional maintenance work ordered when needed. The procurement is divided into two lots, and a bid may be submitted for one or both lots. In general, three service providers will be selected for each lot under a framework agreement. The framework agreement will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with a possible one-year option until 31 December 2030. The bidder must be capable of servicing all refrigeration equipment listed in the tender document annex for the relevant lot.
