Heating, ventilation and plumbing works

Summary

The procurement concerns heating, ventilation and plumbing maintenance and investment works at properties managed by Sansia Oy. The works may be small or difficult to define in advance and may last from approximately one hour to several months. The procurement is divided into three lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or more lots. This is a framework agreement for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with a possible one-year extension option. The tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026.
