Carpentry works

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance repairs, minor improvement works and annual investment works at the contracting authorities’ properties. Individual assignments may last from approximately one hour to several months. The procurement is divided into three lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or more lots. A framework agreement will be established for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with a possible one-year extension option until 31 December 2030. The tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026. Three suppliers will be selected for each site under Lot 1; five suppliers will be selected under each of Lots 2 and 3.
