Complete renovation works contract for Heka Itäkeskus at Asiakkaankatu 4, Helsinki

Summary

The tender concerns the complete renovation of two residential buildings, two carports and a waste shelter at Asiakkaankatu 4 in the Itäkeskus district of Helsinki under a fixed-price main contract. The works include construction works as well as heating, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, electrical and building automation works.
