Maintenance contracts for green areas and property grounds in Southern Tuusula – invitation to market dialogue

Summary

This is a market dialogue concerning a planned procurement by the Municipality of Tuusula, not yet a tender for bid submission. The planned service covers maintenance of green areas and property grounds in Southern Tuusula in accordance with the RAMS 2020 maintenance classification. The scope includes approximately 40 property grounds, mainly at schools and daycare centres, and approximately 90 hectares in total. Parks, playgrounds and traffic green areas are among the sites covered. The contracting authority is considering dividing the contract into three lots. Interested service providers should register by email at hankinnat@tuusula.fi as soon as possible and no later than 2 October 2026 at 12:00. The registration must include the company name and business ID, participants’ names, contact details, roles in the company and, if desired, a slot for a company-specific Teams discussion. No more than two people may attend from the same company. The information session will take place in Tuusula on 8 October 2026 from 14:00 to 15:00, and a 30-minute Teams discussion can be reserved for 9 October. Participation in the market dialogue is neither a prerequisite for participating in a later tender nor a factor affecting the provider’s position. No compensation will be paid for participation.
