Hazardous waste transport and treatment services in the Ab Stormossen Oy service area, 2027–2031

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and treatment of hazardous waste generated in the Ab Stormossen Oy service area and delivered to the contracting authority’s collection points from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. The service includes, among other things, supplying and maintaining collection containers and packaging, safe loading of waste, sorting and labelling, delivery to properly licensed treatment facilities, electronic transfer documents, traceability, reporting and training for the contracting authority’s staff at least once a year. Oil collections ordered separately must be carried out within no more than three working days. The service area covers Vaasa, Mustasaari, Isokyrö, Vöyri, Maalahti and Korsnäs. The contracting authority may organise an Ekobiili collection up to once a year at 3–5 collection locations. The tender must be priced using waste-type-specific kilogram rates, and the stated quantities and locations are estimates that do not create a minimum purchase obligation.
