Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of one programmable and interactive social and emotional humanoid or service robot. The robot must be suitable for safe indoor human interaction, support communication in Finnish, enable social interaction, autonomous activities and emotional engagement, and handle objects safely. It will be used in education, guidance, rehabilitation and student support, including care assistant training and simulation-based learning. The procurement value may not exceed EUR 75,000 excluding VAT, and the tender must be submitted by 2 October 2026 at 13:00.
