Summary

The tender covers a complete ground-source heat pump system for the Aftonbo property in Oravais. The contractor must supply, install, commission and function-test the system, drill eight energy wells, connect it to the existing distribution network, radiators, heating circuits and ventilation equipment, and remove one existing oil boiler, its associated equipment and the oil tank. The contract also includes earthworks, electrical and control connections, disposal and certified waste handling, programming, as-built documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, user training and service support.
