Request for Tenders for Cleaning Services for Loimaa Parish, 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services for Loimaa Parish at several sites from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The first two years are fixed and the following two years are options; the estimated value is EUR 125,000 excluding VAT. Price accounts for 70% and quality and functional factors for 30% of the evaluation result. The contract requires proper delivery of the cleaning services, a Finnish-speaking work supervisor, a named service manager and cleaners, a replacement staff system, and arrangements for quality monitoring and complaint handling. The service provider must submit an annual cost report broken down by site and attend monitoring meetings 2–4 times during the first year and at least twice per year thereafter. Repeated deficiencies may result in a contractual penalty of 7% of one month’s invoiced amount.
