Electrical works for ice rinks

Summary

The tender covers separately ordered electrical works in the buildings of Helsinki ice rinks, including inspections, maintenance, repairs and alterations. Refrigeration equipment maintenance is excluded. A framework agreement will be established for up to three suppliers, with a maximum value of EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions. There is no guaranteed purchase volume or exclusive right to receive work. Orders below EUR 5,000 may be placed directly with a framework supplier. Orders worth EUR 5,000–30,000 will generally follow the framework ranking, while orders of at least EUR 30,000 will normally be subject to a renewed competition between framework suppliers. The tender deadline is 28 September 2026 at 09:00 UTC. A site visit before the deadline is mandatory unless the bidder participated in the relevant earlier site visit. Tenders must be submitted in Finnish. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price is worth up to 70 points and quality up to 30 points. Price scoring uses submitted hourly rates for normal weekday work, weekday evening and night work, weekends and public holidays, on-call work and the on-call call-out fee. Quality scoring is based on the named responsible person’s relevant references.
