Apprenticeship-based training and examination arrangements for the Vocational Qualification in Front-Line Supervisory Work

Summary

The tender concerns apprenticeship-based training and examination arrangements for the vocational qualification in front-line supervisory work. The service may cover the full qualification or individual qualification units. Training will take place mainly at the learners’ workplaces and will be organised in cooperation with the contracting authority, apprenticeship employers, learners and the service provider. The maximum number of training days is 12, and the estimated duration of the full qualification for one person is approximately 12 months; the exact scope depends on an individual competence development plan. Approximately 160 learners are expected during the two-year period. The estimated contract value is EUR 480,000.
