Renewal of locking systems at Vakka-Suomi and Loimaa hospitals

Summary

This is a preliminary market consultation concerning the renewal of locking systems at Vakka-Suomi and Loimaa hospitals. The existing systems are intended to be updated and expanded using the latest systems in use at the sites: iLOQ at Vakka-Suomi Hospital and ABLOY PULSE at Loimaa Hospital. The preliminary estimate is that approximately 250 locks will be replaced at each hospital and approximately 200 keys will be needed per hospital. Because the hospitals remain operational, the work will need to be phased and coordinated with hospital activities and other works. This notice does not request applications, responses or tenders and is not a contract notice. A separate open-procedure contract notice and request for tenders are expected to be published during autumn 2026; the quantities and requirements may still change.
