Summary

The procurement covers multifunctional devices, mainly A4 equipment, for printing and scanning, document workflow management, and related support and additional services. The scope may include secure printing, management solutions, colour and consumables solutions, ordering systems, X-archive scanning for healthcare XDS solutions, individual devices agreed case by case, GDPR-compliant operations, support and maintenance, and other printing-service add-ons. Printing paper, print jobs and printing services such as digital or offset printing are excluded. Numera may optionally extend the procurement to USB-connected workstation printers. The contract will initially run for two years and then continue indefinitely. The estimated tender deadline is 7 October 2026 at 09:00 UTC. The best price-quality ratio is used for evaluation; parallel and alternative tenders are not accepted.
