Indoor air conditions monitoring system and monitoring service

Summary

This is a market consultation and technical dialogue, not a contract notice or invitation to tender. The future procurement is expected to concern a framework agreement for a real-time indoor air conditions monitoring system and related expert services for OSAO educational properties. The solution may include a cloud-based SaaS service for condition data, expert analysis and the option to procure IoT-based indoor air measurement devices. The system would initially be introduced at the Kontinkangas site, with possible expansion to other locations. Companies wishing to participate must register through Tarjouspalvelu by 22 September 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The dialogue will take place online via Teams on 25 September 2026 from noon. Participation is not required for any later competition, does not bind the participants and is unpaid.
