Project management contract for the renovation of Honkanummi Crematorium

Summary

This is a market consultation, not a contract notice or an invitation to tender. The Helsinki Parish Union is planning the renovation of Honkanummi Crematorium as a project management construction contract. The planned scope includes an approximately 300 m² extension, a possible condenser yard, the installation of two new flue-gas cleaning units for the existing two crematorium furnaces, procurement of the cleaning units, and changes to the access road. The planned contract period is from early 2027 to summer 2028, and the site must be fully completed by the end of August 2028. Companies are invited to provide feedback on the scope, schedule, risks, required competence and relevant references. Responses must be submitted by 12:00 on 16 September 2026 to kiinteistotoimisto.helsinki@evl.fi, using the specified email subject. An open competition is planned for late 2026.
