Information request: presentation technology equipment and services

Summary

This is a market research and market dialogue request issued by the City of Helsinki, not a contract notice or an invitation to tender. The planned procurement would cover complete presentation technology solutions, including equipment and installation, expert services, and support and maintenance services. It is provisionally planned to comprise three lots: equipment and installation; expert services; and support and maintenance services. Companies are asked to submit a written and comprehensive response to the questions in the information request by 16 September 2026 at 10:00 and to clearly identify any trade secrets or other confidential information. Responding is not a condition for participating in a possible future procurement and will not affect a company’s position; the responses will be used only for procurement planning. The actual contract notice or participation notice is provisionally planned for publication at the end of 2026, and the scope and requirements may still change.
