Cleaning services for the City of Kouvola

Summary

This is a market consultation concerning planned cleaning services for the City of Kouvola, not a contract notice or a tender procedure for submitting bids. The city is seeking service providers’ views on the appropriate procurement model, service quality assurance, cost factors and cooperation during the contract period. The planned procurement is expected to be launched in October or November 2026 and divided into three regional lots. A prospective bidder could later submit a bid for one, two or all three lots.
