Framework agreement for small works in Kärkölä Municipality’s technical service area 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement for Kärkölä’s technical service area covering small electrical, plumbing and heating, ventilation, machinery, gravel and crushed stone, road salting, and roadside and street mowing works. The main contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with possible option years until 31 December 2030. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, and up to five service providers may be selected per lot. The municipality does not guarantee any order volumes or exclusivity.
