Request for information for market research and dialogue / Procurement of a new stand at Pori Sports Centre’s artificial turf field

Summary

This is a preliminary market consultation concerning the renewed procurement of a new, heated, relocatable and covered stand for the artificial turf field at Pori Sports Centre. Interested companies are invited to answer questions about the delivery model, division of works, schedule and cost level before the actual procurement is launched. The indicative schedule is: earthworks and demolition in October–November 2026 if carried out by the city, or December–January if carried out by the contractor; manufacture and erection of the stand from January to March 2027; yard construction and alteration works in April 2027; and asphalting, finishing works and handover in May 2027. Responses are due by 16 September 2026 at 07:00 UTC and will be taken into account in the future tender competition.
