Reception and recovery of biowaste

Summary

The tender concerns the reception and recovery of municipality-responsibility biowaste from Kuhmoisten kunta in Finland. The service covers receiving and processing the waste for biogas production and/or composting into a soil-improving material in Finland during 1 January 2027–31 December 2028, with two possible one-year option periods for 2029 and 2030. The estimated annual quantity is 60–120 tonnes; the tender form uses 480 tonnes for calculating the comparison price. The successful provider must receive, weigh and inspect loads, provide sufficient capacity and opening hours, manage storage during shutdowns, and comply with environmental, occupational safety and reporting obligations. Offers must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The lowest calculated comparison price is decisive; partial and alternative offers are not accepted.
