Work-machine and transport services, earthworks-related labour services and aggregate materials in the Kitee area 2026–2028 (2030)

Summary

The procurement covers work-machine and transport services, labour services related to earthworks, and aggregate materials for the City of Kitee and Kiteen Kotitalot Oy. The services support the contracting authorities’ own construction and the maintenance and management of public areas where rented equipment is needed to supplement their own fleet. The procurement is divided into 21 lots, including tracked and wheeled excavators, wheel loaders, graders, rollers, trucks, suction sweepers, sludge trucks, pressure-washing and vacuum tankers, tractors and mowing equipment, aggregates, construction workers and water-construction workers. The contract period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, with a possible two-year option. Tenders must be binding and submitted in Finnish by 23 September 2026 at 11:00. A framework agreement is included.
