Market dialogue for a framework agreement for municipal infrastructure, landscaping and forestry works in Mikkeli, 2027–2029 (with a two-year option)

Summary

This is a market dialogue concerning Mikkeli’s planned framework agreement for municipal infrastructure, construction, landscaping and forestry works, not an ongoing procurement procedure. The planned performance period is 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with possible option years from 1 February 2029 to 31 January 2031. The framework agreement is planned to have five lots: demanding infrastructure construction, infrastructure construction, construction of green areas and playgrounds, remediation of contaminated soil, and forestry works. Between 3 and 10 framework suppliers may be selected for each lot. Interested companies could attend the online market dialogue on 11 September 2026 and comment on the draft tender documents sent afterwards until 22 September 2026. Participation in the market dialogue does not oblige a company to submit a tender later and provides no advantage in the future procurement.
