Carpentry works

Summary

The procurement covers carpentry and building maintenance works for properties owned by the contracting authorities, including small renovation works and annual investment works. The procurement is divided into three lots, and a tenderer may submit a tender for one or more lots. A framework agreement will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with a possible one-year option until 31 December 2030. Individual assignments may last from approximately one hour to several months. Tenders must be submitted by 1 October 2026 at 07:00 Finnish time.
